My goal is to empower my clients with the skills and confidence to be their authentic selves in their relationships and in the world.

Couples Therapy

Your partner or spouse should be safe space, the person you come to for support and comfort. When that is no longer the case or that bond is ruptured, it can leave couples feeling lonely and isolated. Couples therapy can help to navigate those tough conversations and help build the skills to better communicate and understand one another. My goal is to regain that connection and build a stronger foundation to create intimacy and truth in your relationship. I work with couples who struggle with array of issues including: 

  • communication

  • insecure attachment

  • infidelity

  • past or recent trauma

  • co-parenting

  • financial stress

Couples Therapy

EMDR Therapy

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment technique. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
